So I was stuck with a sudden deceleration on a busy highway and had to creep over 2 lanes to the shoulder and put the car in park. It would not restart. Myself and my child were in the vehicle. It is a miracle that we were not rear-ended. After calling roadside assistance, the car did turn back on and was driven to the dealer. The car spent 2.5 weeks at the dealer and they say a software update resolved the issue. This car was 4 weeks old when the incident occurred.
