Honda settled a class action suit of this issue and the repair was done by an authorized dealer. The pistons rings on certain cylinders my rotate and align which can lead to spark plug fowling.  The code is P0301-P0304.  This is caused by the VCM that is put on the vehicle to increase gas mileage. Thousands of Honda engines are affected by this problem.  Honda needs to do more about this problem.
