This vehicle has a huge problem with the convertible top latching system. When I try to close the top, the latches do not come out and therefore the top doesn't latch closed and there remains about a 2-3 inch gap that makes the car dangerous to drive in that position. Thereby making you have to drive with the top down. Then, when I called \"ALL\" my local Chrysler dealerships, they all say that they don't work on that specific problem. If not the dealership, then who? It's absolutely insane that Chrysler can straight up refuse to fix a known issue with one of their vehicles. I feel that this issue should be listed as a recall as hundreds, if not thousands, of customers have complained of the same issue.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2011","productMake":"CHRYSLER","productModel":"200","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
