I took the vehicle to the dealership to be looked at 4 times and the final determination was it was a brake clicking which the service advisor described as normal. The noise is so loud specially when cold it feels like something is going to break at some point. He said the manufacturer did this on purpose to keep the brakes from overheating. I have done some research and it has happened to many other Honda owners as well.
