Two key fobs were present when my husband was siting in the drivers seat with the engine running, and I firmly grabbed the handle of the back right door. With a key fob hooked on my belt bag, the door locked unexpectedly, and I fell back on cement, seriously injuring m) left hand, requiring surgery. According to more than one Lincoln dealer service manager, the presence of two keys confuses the computer and should not be used. There is no indication of this kind of problem in the user's manual. This situation has been reported to the OGC (Office of General Counsel), and we are waiting to hear from the Engineering department by next Tuesday, June 27th. We would like to speak with a supervisor further in this regard. In addition, we were referred to the Federal Trade Commission to report this issue.
