When the screen does this i am not able to use my backup camera as it does not work when this happens.  To me it is a safety issue not having the backup camera as i am usually backing out of a place with blind spots and the camera lets me see what is behind my car and a good distance on the side of my car.  The infotainment screen has done this to me twice now, once at the end of June 2023 and just on July 8, 2023.  I have had issues with the infotainment center before but heard nothing back about it.  I took my car to the dealership and showed them the pictures of what is going on with my screen and they said it may need a new touchscreen, my car is only 4yrs old!!
