We noticed about a week later the car would make a clicking sound when turning to the left and the steering wheel would stick where it wouldn't move. We called the dealership where all service has been performed. We brought it in on the 19th of June and 2 techs and an advisor said they drove it and could not duplicate the problem. We drove off and first turn that was made the clicking sound happened and the steering wheel would stick in place. I was asked to bring in back in after complaining that it was still having the same issue. Within 30 mins I was told the power steering rack would need to be replaced at a cost of $3,110. I said this car is 4 years old and it already need 15% of its value in repairs? I am still paying on it. The dealership just said this is what is wrong with it and this is how much it is to repair. I called corporate Honda and told them I didn't believe this was something that should be tearing up at 60k miles. They talked to the dealer and said they will pay for 60% of it but I'm still on the hook for $1400. Looking at other complaints here it seems this should be a recall and covered by Honda. I advise everyone to buy an extended warranty because this is not part of the powertrain. The replaced part is only covered for 12 months 12,000 miles.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2019","productMake":"HONDA","productModel":"CR-V","manufacturer":"Honda (American Honda Motor Co.)"}]}]}
