Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Traction Control System (TRAC), and Vehicle Stability Control System (VSC) The dealer said it was a faulty Brake de booster and said it was checked in 2010 and was fine.  And to fix the system they need to replace the brake de-booster at a charge of $3000.   Apparently, it is not fine, and requested them to comply with the recall and change the debooster, and they said no.  Are they libel for the recall fix?
