When I called Infiniti Warranty Divison in Franklin Tennessee they said they are aware of the complaints by other customers they said they issued a technical bullentin ITB17-048 but said there was no reason for a recall but they deemed it necassry to make a design change which fixed this problem and also required a module change also. They said they are not responsible for the problem, but if that is true then why did they make the design change. So any owners with old design will have an issue and will have to replace the unit. So I am glad that I was not on the road driving and would have been stuck in the heat trying to get the car repaired. There was no warnings about the issues and even though they may the dealers aware of the issue no notice was sent owners. Please review the number of complaints that were made online about this issue. Feel like they just took advantage of me  because this was not a problem I created but was due to poor design. Also the cooling fans are no longer made of metal but of plastic, what is life expectancy of this part.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2017","productMake":"INFINITI","productModel":"QX60","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
