While I was driving yesterday my radio sputtered then the whole screen (radio, backup camera, clock) went completely dark and a large amount of smoke came from in the cabin of the vehicle and the smell of electrical burning.  I immediately pulled over thinking the whole car was going to catch on fire, turned the radio to the off position and rolled down the windows.  I waited approximately 5 minutes and thought if it was going to catch fire it would have done so.  The smoke took a long time to dissipate and the smell of electrical is still in my car.  There was no warning.  I will be scheduling an appointment with the dealer to try and get additional details.
