While they were unlocked one side would not open causing potential safety concern if in an accident. The other side would not lock even when lock is activated. I took the door panels off and was able to free the stuck lock but now both door actuators make a buzzing sound and i am afraid of failure again. I also sometimes transport my elderly parents who would have difficulty getting out if it malfunctioned. I have not taken to a shop yet but will have to get it fixed. There is a 15 year 150,000 mile warranty extension on the 2015-2017 years but not prior with same actuator. My vehicle only has 140,000 miles and should be covered but is not.
