The solenoid in the steering column will not release the key although it is in position 2. My wife just left the key stuck and it drained the battery, stranding her.  I have not taken the car to the dealer but research online has shown that this is a widespread problem among Camaros and other Chevrolet vehicles between 2010-2015. Users report the Chevy is refusing to declare a recall and dealers are charging $700 to replace the gear shifter which houses the switch that activates the solenoid in the steering column.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2014","productMake":"CHEVROLET","productModel":"CAMARO","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
