When I turn on the left blinker my bright lights come on. When the turn is complete the bright lights go out.  This happens during the day and night.  During the day when I flash my bright lights the left turn signal comes on.  Dodge forums has a lot of complaints about this with no fix.  There are no warning lamps or errors showing.
