In 2015 I was in car accident and had a severe neck injury. I had Thoracic Outlet surgery.  Recently on 8-24-23 I was in a fender bender .  I injured my neck again, a disk bulge is pressing against my spinal cord.  Both accidents the seatbelt pressed against my neck.
