An undisclosed dealer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed to bring the vehicle to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact then stated that the undisclosed dealer confirmed that the part was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 135,000.
