After a rainstorm, the contact discovered water accumulation in the footwell of the front driver\u2019s side of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where parts of the interior of the vehicle were removed to dry out the interior of the vehicle; however, the dealer then discovered there was a crack in the windshield which caused the failure. After two weeks in the possession of the dealer, the vehicle was returned to the contact; however, the vehicle failed to start up after several attempts. The vehicle was driven and towed to the dealer on multiple occasions where diagnostics were performed but no defects were found. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
