We then had to go to a Lincoln Dealer and they also had trouble with the computer system and were finally able to inspect the vehicle somehow, but not sure how they were able to finally inspect the vehicle. When we took our vehicle in to the Lincoln Dealer in September 2023 for the Temporary Fix for the Recall Notice 23S23 Blue or Black Image on the SYNC screen, again, the Dealer was not able to accomplish this because of the vehicle Computer System not being able to interface. We do believe we have a Computer System or Computer Software issue with our Lincoln Corsair.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2020","productMake":"LINCOLN","productModel":"CORSAIR","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
