Case #[XXX] filed with Nissan. The vehicle 'ADAS' is unreliable and a safety hazard.  Warning indicators illuminate for no apparent reason.  Sometimes for a brief period, and sometimes the indicators remain illuminated until the vehicle is turned off.  Standard and Adaptive cruise controls will not function.  When standard and adaptive cruise control is used the shifting in the vehicle is atrocious.  The unit will downshift and the engine RPM displays 5000.  Up shifting continues with 4000, 3000, 2000, and finally 1850 RPM respectively and  the set cruise speed is obtained.    2.  Integrity of the 'ADAS', 'Standard cruise', and 'Adaptive cruise' are unreliable.  As an operator the actions of the unit are in consistent and endanger the operator.  3.  Two dealers have addressed the 'ADAS' issue.  One installed a fix.  The second further serviced the unit.  Uftring Nissan Service Invoice '[XXX]'.  4.  No manufacturer, police, insurance representatives, or others have inspected the vehicle.  5.  Warning lamps, messages, and other symptoms have been present since delivery.
