The rear occupant was not be able to fasten the seat belt latch.  The latch plate retracted behind the panel and the seat belt for the affected rear seat was not be available for fastening. I was able to grab the latch plate with a pliers and bring it out from behind the panel but I am afraid this situation will occur again.  I checked my VIN against you checker and it says NO RECALL is pending.
