The car with 25K. Currently, at 59K Cylinder 1 and Cylinder 3 misfire because coolant gets in both cylinders, diagnosed by a local car mechanic! When driven, the car is a fire hazard!!! I’ve submitted a claim to Ford Motor Company [XXX], and they replied they don’t have a program that can help me! Next, I took the car to Ford's authorized service, Ted Britt Chantilly, VA. The car stayed there 11/7-11/21. According to them, the problem was only a cracked spark plug near cylinder 3. After I paid the diagnostic fee plus the repair cost. The car started exhibiting the misfire problems within the first 10 miles driven. The car was returned to the Ford Service department the next morning 11/22. The OBD reader at Ted Britt Chantilly, VA showed a misfire, this time in cylinder 1 and cylinder 4. My car is at Ted Britt Chantilly, VA for a second time since 11/22/. Still, they can’t figure out why the car engine misfires!!!
