Service manager has confirmed that this is a problem with the 2024 XC90. The car is brand new and Herb Chambers Volvo does not have any available appointments for several weeks to address concerns. I also contacted Volvo USA and they were unable to assist. I have also requested that the area Volvo factory rep, Tom Laforte contact me and I have not heard back from him.
