The problems started early on, but the door locks intermittently fail when using the key fob or external door button. Using the internal door lock button is more likely to work even when the key fob and external button fail. Because the failures are intermittent, it is hard to get this diagnosed and replaced at the dealerships. I have had to take the car to the dealership many times, pay a $200 diagnostic fee and then sometimes they replace the door actuator and sometimes do not. Over the past 4 years I have replaced 3 of 4 door actuators and will be replacing the 4th door actuator now. I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs regarding the issue, as it is a known issue, but they refused to assist because the car is no longer under warranty.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2012","productMake":"NISSAN","productModel":"JUKE","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
