Sometimes it occurs on a curve when the car seems to react to a guard rail or snow bank.  Very often it is on a long straight stretch of road with no one in sight.  Car just aggressively decelerates.  The only action is to press the accelerator or shut the cruise control off in order to overcome the problem.  Clearly this puts vehicle occupants at risk because the car creates a risky driving situation on highways.  Have brought it to a dealer where the service manager acknowledged that this is an issue with this vehicle that others have complained about, but Genesis has not addressed.  Message boards and Genesis on-line forums are filled with similar complaints.
