Our car only has 35,000 miles on it.    The delamination issue is definitely a safety issue.   The radio station keeps rapidly changing making it useless.   The safety part of the issue is that the heat/cool also stops working in the car and switches rapidly from one to the other.  The Nav option doesn't work because the screen keeps changing.   We talked to a few different repair places and they said they have seen this numerous times with the Chrysler 300.
