I ordered new tires and when I brought it to have the tires installed I was told me the frame was rusted through and they couldn\u2019t lift it off the ground. They were concerned with me driving it and suggested that I bring it to my Toyota dealership and see what they could do. The dealership said there was nothing they could do because there was no recall on my vehicle. I asked if they could look at it to see it was safe to drive, and was told there would be a $167 to just look a my vehicle. I called Toyota Customer Service (800-331-4331) to complain and opened case# 23122000824. I called a frame shop to make an appointment to have it looked at and was told that they get lots of Tundra\u2019s in with rotted frames. Apparently Toyota is ignoring this problem.
