Its stuck in a loop and keeps calling the call center every 3 minutes or so.  I've had to tell them it's not me and they report the malfunction and it call the next representative and same thing.  It called the call center 15 times as I was driving (extremally distracting and almost ran a red) before getting to the dealership.
