Dealer replaced parts, and finally determined it was a 4G adapter sold by Uconnect- a part of Dodge parent corp. Mopar tech's were aware of it, yet to my knowledge they still sell the 4G service. Use of the adapter with remote start disables FCW and ACC. I have pictures and documentation.
