I went to the dealer Crown Lexus in Ontario, Southern California.  They fixed it.   Now it is happening again, I can not close the trunk by touching the button on the trunk or in the car to the left of the driver\u2019s wheel.  My husband and I went to see our younger son and grandson in Richmond near San Francisco via we stopped at the Marriott overnight in San Mateo for seeing a friend on the way during the Christmas time from 22nd-25th, our whole trip was scared and bothered by the fact that we couldn\u2019t get the trunk closed whenever and whatever unless we tried 4, 7, even 10 times.  We were truly scared and concerned that we would not be able to continue our trip.  My husband had to stand at the hotel parking lot in cold weather for an hour until I was able to went down to the parking lot to try to finally close it.  This incident happened throughout our entire trip going to SF and being back home in Apple Valley.  We were afraid that we couldn\u2019t finish our trip. What a terrible experience!  I personally guess that it is a design error, but I am not sure.
