The steering wheel felt locked and I was unable to control the car. The car impacted the guardrail and I was able to regain control after the initial impact.   -This is a BRAND NEW car with less than 100 miles at the time of the accident. - Prior to the collision, there were no warning signals from the dashboard.  - I was not injured from the accident as I was only able to go around 27-33mph due to a tractor trailor clearing the exit in front of me. No others were involved. - The manufacturer sent an inspector to look at the vehicle and test drive it. However, they did not test drive in the same conditions I was in or at. - The issue was not reproduced by another party.
