It's most noticeable when 1.) Exiting the apex of a curve and attempting to gradually return the wheel to the center position, and 2.) Driving in a straight line for an extended period then attempting to turn the wheel to navigate a curve.  The steering wheel requires significant driver input to \"unstick\" it and move freely.  The vehicle is available for inspection upon request.  \u2022 This is a major safety concern as the input needed to \"unstick\" the wheel may lead to overcorrection and loss of control.  It also makes slight steering adjustments difficult due to the input needed to \"unstick\".  Several times this has led to unintended swerving.  I routinely transport my young children around and I fear for the safety of them and myself.  After doing some research, this seems to be a well known issue with late model Integra/Civic/CR-V and several wrecks have been reported as a result.  The bottom line is I do not feel safe driving this car but it's my only means of transportation.  \u2022 I have not yet taken the car to a dealer.  \u2022 No manufacturer or agency has inspected the vehicle.  \u2022 No warning lights are present.  The vehicle currently has 3,800 miles, I first noticed the issue around 2,000 miles.
