The contact diagnosed the vehicle and retrieved DTC Codes: P0736 and P0456; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 13V043000 (Fuel System, Gasoline); however, the VIN was not included in the recall.
