Took it to 2 different Cadillac Dealers who tried to fix but was told it was impossible to fix without replacing the entire headlight unit at a cost of more than $2,000. I had this same problem with my 2011 Cadillac SRX, and it was recalled & replaced for free, but there is no recall on the 2014 model - except (I was told) in California.  Can't drive at night as a result without driving with High Beam.
