This concern is in regard to life safety and loss of control of the vehicle on or around the same time, due to radio transmission feedback beeping coming from the passenger side speaker, as well as what sounded like an emergency response unit radio. The noise would not stop until I pulled the plug on the battery of the car as well as the fuse panel to the head unit. While driving the vehicle in Converse TX around August 1st, 2023, I noticed the speedometer locking at a higher than average speed for the area I was in, like it would go into cruise control automatically, without my consent. I then hit the brake to slow it down, but the speedometer locked again and would read what I believed to be 5mph over the speed limit, but I could hear the engine revving and feel myself speeding up. I parked the car and pulled the majority of the fuse panel after this event, barely used it, reset the firmware version on the head unit and do not have this issue today. I reported this to Nissan twice in person, once on the phone and twice in writing. Nissan refuses to look into it until I pay for them to plug up their equipment to determine what happened and that there is nothing wrong since there is not yet a recall leading to my event.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2021","productMake":"NISSAN","productModel":"ROGUE SPORT","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
