This happens when approaching a stop sign, other vehicles, pedestrians, etc.    The problem has been reproduced.  The Porsche dealer confirms it is a problem with Taycans and acknowledges the potential for accidents.  The dealer says Porsche Germany has not provided a fix.  Vehicles and pedestrians in front of the vehicle are at risk of being hit.
