They first did a firmware upgrade. I have had intermittent problems and reported to them. I actually had same model as a loaner they gave me and radio and Bluetooth phone connection would not work. I drove to the dealership and showed them. They have put the blame on my new Samsung phone as causing these issues. Asked to explain and they couldn't.
