Had to put car in park to restart. Took to Toyota dealership where purchased, they couldn't recreate.  Happened again later that evening. Took pics of dash and took into dealership next day. They had it for almost 3 months. Said it was the second starter. Drove fine for about 3 months and then happened again on 3/8. Took in again and they could not recreate.
