I was recently driving when another vehicle ran a stop sign, and I was barely able to avoid them; however, when hitting the \"horn\" to alert the other driver, it didn't work as the horn button is not in a typical location.   This should be considered a significant safety risk. Elon Musk himself indicated a software update would fix this issue; however, it has not.
