The steering tightens up and almost feels like it's a ratchet/gear that catches constantly, it is not a smooth turn how it should be. It is manageable at lower speeds, however on the highway it is very worrisome. The steering is even tighter at highway speeds and gets stuck in position and is hard to turn correctly.
