This is occurring above the rear window. The paint is white and I've found numerous complaints of others experiencing the same issue with the Honda white paint.   Honda states they will not cover this as it is no longer under warranty and there are no active recalls on this vehicle. When I asked if this was covered for the 2013 Honda CRV they would not answer but suggested I could 'submit a claim to the NHTSA to have my vehicle added'.  This is the first Honda I've ever owned and have never seen this happen. Honda needs to be held responsible for this repair. No car that is garage kept should have the paint peeling off it.
