I called one dealer in the past and was told they were not covered by my warranty due to my vehicle's age, it's a 2014. The cost to repair is expensive as you have to access the turn signal unit through the front wheel wells to change the bulbs. The bulbs are inexpensive but the labor is costly due to the labor required. I have had to replace bulbs once every 12-18 months due to this problem.
