I received such recall from Genesis within the past two weeks, now 5-13-2024, not promptly as it should have been since it is a high rise of danger to  users and passengers.  Today I called the Genesis Customer care, there remains no remedy, and the agent could not authorize a rental car. I could rent a car at my expense and submit a claim once the remedy is installed and I may be refunded that cost. Another agent should be contacting me in 3 to 5 days referring to case number 23267478. First, the notice was untimely. Second, no offer of sidelining the car and providing free of all charges, a rental car. Seems to me that our lives are  at risk with no immediate help from Genesis.
