The car normally refuses to lock under these conditions, detecting key inside, and preventing a hazard to infant who is unable to unlock the car.  3) Remote telematics command issued from 3rd party inadvertently locks car remotely.  Driver has now lost control of the car lock state, and is locked out with child inside.  Since it's a sunny day, car internal temperature increases, causing threat to child.  4) Emergency efforts to reach 3rd party to unlock the car to free child are successful ~10 minutes later , avoiding harm to child.
