Every month I talk with Toyota they say by the end of this month you should receive your letter, so the end of the month passes and I reach out to toyota and they state it was pushed back to the end of this month and so on.  I am getting very upset especially when you purchase a $50,000.00 automobile.  I can't find any discussions on the Venza key fob shortage but there are discussions on every other model of Toyota.
