I drive about 5000 miles a month.  Problem 1: From the day I bought this vehicle from ford dealer in GJOVIK FORD in PLANO IL I hear kicks and clunks under my feet (most likely faulty transmission). The kicks and clunks happen when I'm about to come to a stop or when starting from a stop. Sometimes when turning. Its always when I let go of the gas or give it gas. It sounds like I'm driving a 10 year old car.  Problem 2: After I did my first oil change I had driven about 2500 miles when the cars engine light came on and I take it to the dealer and they found that the engine oil was too low. They did an oil consumption test and the test shows 1 quart of oil lost for every 1500 miles driven. They find no oil leaks. I'm using full synthetic oil from the dealer. This is unreasonable.  Problem 3: The car smells some sort exhaust fumes in the vehicle when I drive for about 30 minutes or more. The first few thousands miles the car would smell a little fumes here and there but now its more constant the longer you drive it.  I paid close to $80k for this vehicle. The least I expect is for the car to operate normal. Ford has cheated me out alot of money as I have not received what I have paid for and I am not enjoying it at all. The vehicle currently has 18K miles in it. All symptoms have been present from the day I bought it. I do not know who to contact but this is not fair!","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2023","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"EXPEDITION","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
