The reason provided is the recall was issued in a safety bulletin from 2011, and Waev is claiming they are no longer liable for this recall due to the lack of available parts from reputable suppliers.  I am aware of at least 2 reputable suppliers that have the kit available but Waev is refusing to order the kit from them.  I am ready to file a Class Action Lawsuit.  Before I proceed, I want to confirm that Waev is still liable for this safety recall, and that it does not expire.  I don’t want my vehicle catching on fire.
