I was not able to put it in neutral to be able to move it to the side of the road. I had several warning messages while i was on the phone with 911. I was lucky enough that police came to assist me within minutes since I was at an intersection of two highways. I could've been killed or caused a bad accident.  I called Vinfast to check the problem and they never transfer me to the service department. I explained the problem and they just told me that if it happens again they will consider it. But since the vehicle restarted after 20 minutes there was no reason to check it. I asked to talk to a supervisor but the customer service representative refused. She just told me that she was making a note about it.  This was a very dangerous situation. My life and the life of others were at risk. I have pictures and short videos showing the car in the middle of the highway and there is a call made to the 911.
