Given that the engine can actually seize if this issue is present, being asked to wait until May 2025 is simply I unacceptable and does not meet your comment on your website about effecting the repairs in a \u201ctimely manner\u201d.  I have contacted 4 different dealers and all report the same issues with lack of tools and parts.
