With no cars around, in front or behind, it was alarming. Since purchasing the car, this issue has occured, at least 15-20 random times, with the scariest being on the interstate. When the brakes slammed (out of my control) on the interstate, I was terrified a car behind me would rear end me. Luckily the car behind me was too far back but I could tell they were aggravated that I braked out of nowhere on the interstate. Dangerous!
