After taking it to the dealership\u00a0not only they declined on the warranty but they failed to investigate and explain the cause stating it was probably the rock hit the glass the caused\u00a0the problem, i taped the sunroof after it shattered\u00a0and after i was picking up the car the tape was still there and was at the same condition\u00a0prior leaving the car there, so that tells me that they didn't\u00a0even chacket it.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2024","productMake":"BMW","productModel":"340I","manufacturer":"BMW of North America, LLC"}]}]}
