Also the screen is delaminating and making it so selected buttons don't work.  Since this is an information and entertainment system that controls everything, including radio, navigation, and hand-free phoning, temperature of the seating, it causes a huge distraction  while driving. And the gps not working causes location problems. I believe this also is how the company can find the vehicle if lost. I have taken the vehicle to the dealership and they can do an update but also state that the this could cause the entire system might not work at all afterwards. Not guarantee that this won't cause more harm than good.
